Junior HRIS Consultant




My client, one of the fastest growing media companies in the world, have grown a significant amount within the past 12 months and as a result are in the process of implementing Workday HCM on a global scale.

As a result, they are looking for a Junior HRIS Analyst to help design and configure new or existing applications in order to support the needs of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the HR systems within the business and work in a continually evolving function. You will get exposure to all areas of HR Systems including Workday.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with HRIS systems support.
  • Ability to identify process efficiencies i.e. data flow across HR systems.
  • Experience in the continuous improvement of HR processes for a global organisation.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Workday
  • Experience working on bespoke software solutions or products in a software house environment.
